Hello, my name is Trae Armstead, and I’m a proud mother of three. My journey into becoming a tax professional is deeply personal, shaped by both loss and resilience 🥹🙏🏽

 

In 2020, my world changed when I lost my mother, who was my everything. She taught me invaluable life and survival skills, but after her passing, I felt empty, like everything she had instilled in me had vanished 👻. On top of this profound loss, I had to quit my job, which only added to the financial struggles I was facing.

 

There were moments when I felt like I couldn't survive, that the weight of everything was too much. But deep down, I knew I had to do something, not just for myself, but for my children. That’s when an opportunity presented itself—one that scared and excited me at the same time: starting my own tax professional business.

 

Though I was nervous, I took the leap. I’m forever grateful for the incredible mentor who guided me through this journey, teaching me the ins and outs of the business. Her support and investment in my growth gave me the confidence I needed to succeed 🙌🏽. 

 

Today, I’m proud to say that I’ve built a business that not only supports my family but also honors the lessons my mother taught me. I’m here to help others navigate their financial journeys, with the same dedication and care that was shown to me.
